Directions

St. Edward State Park is located on the north shore of Lake Washington just outside Seattle in Kenmore. The park is just a short ride from the Burke Gilman Trail if you choose to ride your bike to the event. If you don't choose to ride in, we highly emphasise carpooling because parking is very limited, gas is very expensive and one more car off the road makes me breathe better. See IMPORTANT STUFF TO KNOW below.

From I-405 northbound: Take exit #20-A (116th St. N.E.) and turn west (left). Travel 4.5 miles. (At 98th Ave., the road name changes to Juanita Dr.) Park entrance is on left.

From I-405 southbound: Exit at Hwy. 522 (exit #23-B). Drive through Bothell to Kenmore. Turn left at 68th Ave. (68th turns into Juanita Dr.) Park is 1.5 miles on the right.

From I-5: Take exit #175 (145th St.) and travel east to Bothell Way. Turn left. Travel north to 68th Ave. in Kenmore. (68th turns into Juanita Dr). Park is 1.5 miles on the right.

Because you like maps, here is one to show you where the event is.

IMPORTANT STUFF TO KNOW

#1) By low, sell high.

#2) Plant tulips in the spring.

#3) PARKING IS LIMITED!
No joke. If you raced here last year, then you know just how limited it is. Additionally this year there is a soccer game in the field below on event day so that parking lot will be closed to cyclists. But the park is just so awesome that we simply could not NOT race here. So we ask that you respect the parking situation, appreciate being able to race here, carpool as much as possible (or better yet, ride your bike to the race), and be nice to the parking people and all other users of the park. Primary parking will be at Arrowhead Elementary just north of the park. The school is very close and is connected to St. Eds by a trail.
